I am Pietra Ferrara . I am from Italy. I have been a licensed Esthetician for 30 years. I love my dream job. I am committed to learning anything and everything that I can to improve my skills with dedication and determination. Everyone is special and beautiful in my eye. I truly see each person that way because you deserve it . Being positive and optimistic is the highest ENERGY what makes people gravitate toward each other. I was awarded Esthetician of the year in over 50 states, receiving my award in to Colorado in April.
I am Mary Orris . I started my career as a nurse at St. Luke’s Hospital in the Emergency Room. I graduated from Deaconess School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing followed by graduate work at Maryville University where I was awarded Master of Science in Nursing as a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I worked in local urgent care centers before settling into her role as a primary care provider over seven years ago. I have additional training in age management, hormone replacement therapy, and IV Nutrition.
I am Dr. Donna Robey . I'm a OB/GYN, native St. Louisan. I went to Cleveland High School. I attended UMSL, where I received a BS in Business Administration and completed my pre-med requirements. I went to SLU Medical School, followed by a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UMKC. I worked at a public health center in Kansas City for 1 year before moving back to St. Louis where I joined a private practice. I have been with Hahn OB-GYN Associates for over 25 years. My personal practice is now limited to gynecology and I have taken a special interest in hormone therapy. I regularly discuss healthful diet and exercise with my patients, and I practice what I preach. I'm vegan and engage in exercise at least 4 days each week. I have 6 children, and 3 still live with me.
I am Jennifer Miller . As a Physical Therapist for over 20 years, I have always been active and interested in health and wellness. My specialty in the PT field has mainly been geriatrics and vestibular rehab, but I have worked in all settings and assisted many clients with orthopedic issues. With a passion for fitness, it made sense to join the world of instructing 4 years ago. I have certifications in BUTI and HOT CORE, RYT 200 hour (yoga), SPIN, BARRE, and ACE personal training certification along with ACE Nutrition Counseling. I run my own fitness company, JM Fitness, which focuses on a very holistic approach to achieving your goals. I have been married for 18 years and have a daughter, 14 and a son, 11. “I believe that fitness should empower you to become the best version of yourself and leave you feeling like you can accomplish anything your heart desires.”
I am Anna Keaton , I graduated from St Louis College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2000. I am currently the pharmacy operations manager at Mercy St Louis and provides hormone consultation services in collaboration with Mercy OB/Gyn department.
I have additional training in hormone replacement therapy, pharmaceutical compounding, nutraceutical medication, and compounded medication quality assurance and compliance.
I am Dr. Jane Gelfand . I am a family medicine doctor in Chesterfield, Missouri. I received my medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Working alongside my father, Vladimir Gelfand, I specialize in osteopathic manipulation, weight-loss counseling, trigger point injections, joint injections, women's health, preventive care, Botox, fillers and aviation medicine.
I had twin boys in October that keep me extremely busy.
I am Peggy Hinders . I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 15 years, working with individuals and couples, at all stages in their relationships. I am a solution-focused and action oriented with the goal to "get rid of my clients" knowing they have the inner resources to go at it alone. I am extremely passionate and knowledgeable about hormones, both personally and professionally. Our hormones can have a tremendous effect on us and our relationships. It is an inner battle - mentally and physically - for both women and men alike. I have been married for 46 years, with 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren. We are also about to welcome a new puppy into the family.
